She released her debut single Here in 2015 at the age of aged 19. The song was widely acclaimed by both critics and fans. The song peaked at number 19 on both the Canadian Hot 100 as well as the Billboard Hot 100. Even Rolling Stone ranked the song as one of 2015's Best Songs. It was the same time when she dropped Know It All. Scars to Your Beautiful, one of her five original tracks included on the Billboard Charts which include Billboard Hot 100 from Canada and Billboard 200 for Canada's Album Charts. In an interview that Cara did together with Rap Up, this track had lots of significance for a lot of the listeners who related to her personal story of learning to accept and love your self. Cara is known for including messages on the importance of mental health, kindness and self-love in her songs. The music of Cara is directly from her struggle with insomnia, mental illness and other issues. When she spoke to Reuters she declared her album to be "half turbulent" as well as "half flawless". Her growth was aided through therapy. She advises other people, if needed, to reach out for assistance. Alessia Cara is a Canadian performer who was born on July 11 1996 to parents from Italian descent. When she was just 10 years old, her parents bought her a guitar that became the beginning of her passion for music. After three years, at 13 years old, she started to sing songs she loved through YouTube. It was an excellent method to demonstrate to the world the fact that she had talent and courage.
