Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez, born September 9, 1965 is an American actor from America. Her credits include Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) and Marcela Quintanilla as the mother of Selena in Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez's character on the ABC Family/Freeform drama Switched at Birth (2011-17). She currently plays Camila Diaz in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (2019). Marie began acting in her teens. She landed a spot in the film Salsa. Other television and film credits include Early Edition (dirty dancing), Dirty Dancing (selena), Spin City (ally Mcbeal) and Selena (spin city). Marie was chosen for the part as Angie Lopez in the ABC comedy series George Lopez. Marie was the lead in 2001's comedy-drama Tortilla Soup, alongside Jacqueline Obradors and Hector Elizondo. Marie also appeared on the PBS drama series American Family. Her own clothing line, "The Constance Marie collection" was released in October 2007. She was also in an advertisement for PETA in 2007 to encourage pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. Between 2011 and 2017 Marie was the main character in the drama series ABC Family/Freeform Switched at Birth, portraying Regina Vasquez, the birth mother of one of the girls and the legal mother of the other.
